Nootan Singh graduated from Hoffman Estate High School in 1979 and graduated from UNCW with a focus in Computer Software in 1986.  Prior to becoming Office Manager in 1986 for Burgaw Medical Center, she worked in sales with top department stores, K-Mart and Montgomery Ward.
